Session Fees
Individual Therapy Session
50-minute session
Payment is due at the time of service. Sessions are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on your needs.
Insurance Information
Roddy Counseling Group operates on a private pay basis and does not accept insurance directly.
However, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement from their insurance company for out-of-network mental health services. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
To Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits:
- •Call the number on the back of your insurance card
- •Ask about "out-of-network mental health outpatient benefits"
- •Inquire about deductibles and reimbursement percentages
Accepted Payment Methods
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you need to reschedule. However, to respect everyone's time and maintain availability:
- →24-hour notice required: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
- →Late cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee
- →No-shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee
Good Faith Estimate
Under federal law, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service or at any time during treatment. If you would like to receive a Good Faith Estimate, please let us know.
